Our In house Build Transfer Case Upgrade requires you to send in your transfer case or purchase a core. Your transfer case is meticulously inspected, disassembled, cleaned, media blasted and sonic washed.

All Builds and Hard Part Kits include PDS FSX Frictions, PDS C6X Steels, Base plates, Drive plates, Upgraded Chain, Upgrade Clutch Springs, the Worlds first and only Billet Pressure Plate, Upgraded bolts, new seals, new pilot and oil directional tubes.

All kits include a tube of ultra black to complete your assembly.

These kits are +2 on the clutch count and with utilizing our FSX frictions and C6X steels the coefficient of friction is greatly increased yet the shear translation is just like stock!
